EHS Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an EHS Officer to drive our commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safety and compliance across diverse operations.

About the Role:
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Investigate accidents, write comprehensive reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Ensure safety across depots, transport, and maintenance operations, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Address and resolve safety-related queries from customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Lead health and safety audits and compile accident statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Environmental Responsibilities:
  • Conduct environmental risk assessments and internal audits to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve net-zero emissions, reducing our carbon footprint and promoting sustainability.
  • Monitor and report on environmental KPIs, tracking progress towards our goals.
Requirements:
  • IOSH or NEBOSH Qualification, demonstrating your expertise in health and safety.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental practices, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Excellent auditing skills with attention to detail, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
