About the Role:
As a key member of our production team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory lines. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with processes involved in packing and processing locally sourced milk products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to pack products.
- Prepare finished products for distribution.
- Maintain high hygiene and quality standards.
- Communicate issues promptly to the supervisory team.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and health and safety standards.
- Fulfil additional duties as required by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail for accuracy and precision.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexible and capable of working varying shifts.
- Commitment to achieving Level 2 Food Safety certification.
