Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our medical organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently and accurately
- Performing general administrative duties such as scanning, answering emails, and maintaining records
- Strong telephone manner and exceptional administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A confident team player with excellent communication skills
- Ideally, previous experience working in a Medical Practice and familiarity with System 1
This is a temporary position starting ASAP, and concluding on a specified date. You will be working full-time, with flexibility in your weekly hours up to 37.5 hours per week.
