">The Role
">You will lead the Mental Health team, deputising on behalf of the Deputy/Head of Healthcare when required. You will work closely with partners to maintain a robust, high-quality clinical service for patients.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Lead the Mental Health team.

- Ensure that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role.
- Model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication, and competence.
- C coach, line manage, and develop clinician staff; support and contribute in undertaking audits and governance and contribute to developing and reviewing clinical/non-clinical Local Operating Protocols for the site.
- Also chair and facilitate specific healthcare meetings with the team and different partners, provide clinical supervision (training available), and carry out investigations locally and for the wider region.

Requirements

">This role comes with an estimated salary range of £65,000 - £68,680 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as discounts on shopping and leisure activities and support to grow in your role and continue your professional development.
