Savanna Staff Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Trunk Driver to support one of the world's largest postal services. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for trunk driving from depot to depot, trailer swaps at operating centers, and maintaining impeccable road standards of driving.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily pre- and post-vehicle inspections to ensure HGV roadworthiness.
- Drive trunks from depot to depot, with trailer swaps at operating centers.
- Follow correct procedures and operating systems.
- Maintain high standards of driving and road safety.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Class 1 Driver with at least 6 months of provable experience on the road.
- Current UK Licence, Digi card, and CPC DQC card.
- Right to live and work in the UK (9-digit settlement share code).
- Good communicable English (talking and writing).
