About the Role

The Portfolio Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team as an Employment Law Specialist. As a key member of our client services team, you will provide high-quality HR and employment law advice to our clients, ensuring they receive expert guidance on all aspects of HR management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reliable and commercially focused HR and employment law advice to clients on all matters of HR, from general to complex queries.
  • Take part in an excellent training program to enhance your knowledge and skills in HR and employment law.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Review client documentation and provide advice accordingly, taking into account their applicable internal terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all requests for advice are dealt with within the relevant service level agreement (SLA).
Requirements
  • Good employment law knowledge, either through studies or working experience.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace is desirable.
  • Previous experience of working in a KPI/target-driven environment, ideally in a shared service centre.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing your workload accordingly.
  • An organized self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving performance-driven environment.
