Job Title: Sales AdvisorWe're seeking a highly skilled Sales Advisor to join our team at our new counter in Peter Jones, John Lewis, Sloane Square in London. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing first-class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building long-lasting customer relationships to achieve business sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service on our Skin + Me counter, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders, communicating effectively to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the Skin + Me Dermatology Team to develop your knowledge of skin concerns, product formulations, and ingredients.
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to team targets, meeting and exceeding store goals.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building long-lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for skincare, with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
