We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to lead the operations of our cafe in a major High Street brand for One Retail.
About the JobThis is a permanent role, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality work, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery and storage of goods.
- Supervise a team, creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage stock levels, maintain compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards, and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Effective delegation and task management, ensuring the team remains proactive and engaged.
- Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
- Proven experience in supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding Customer Service.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
