About the Role

The Trainee Manager Programme is a comprehensive development opportunity for individuals who want to manage one of our UK restaurants. Our franchises have significant turnover and employ a large team of staff. As a Trainee Manager, you'll be based on the shop floor, learning about each area of the business. You'll work alongside our crew, crew trainers, customer care teams, and assistant managers while completing an intensive initial training period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a great experience for each of our customers

  • Roll up your sleeves and get involved with each area of the restaurant
  • Apply what you've learned and lead by example

Requirements

  • Graduate or experience in a customer-facing environment or team management
  • Logical mind and great people skills
