Senior Project Manager (Back Office) Job Description

At Conexus MedStaff, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of scalable solutions for HR, Finance, and Procurement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver approved projects on time and within budget
  • Develop business cases to support project prioritization and resource allocation
  • Manage project budgets and report on progress to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with 3rd party technology partners to deliver functional development and projects
  • Ensure seamless integration with other systems, including front and back office solutions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in ERP solutions implementations
  • Proven experience in business case development and project prioritization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project management qualification (Prince 2 or PMI) – preferred
