Electrical Contracts Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from end to end, liaising with clients, assessing finances in contracts, and ensuring standards and budgets are upheld throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Assess finances in contracts to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and company policies.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical utilities and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
