About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Airway Group, a leading provider of air conditioning, electrical and mechanical services based in Cambridgeshire.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical installations, with experience in commercial and industrial environments. They will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including fault finding, EICR testing, and remedial works.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical installations and maintenance work in commercial and industrial environments
  • Conduct fault finding and EICR testing to identify and rectify electrical issues
  • Perform remedial works to ensure electrical systems are safe and functioning correctly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of Level 3 City & Guilds or EAL in electrical installations, 18th edition wiring regs
  • Full driving licence held for 12 months
  • Experience in test and inspection and fault finding
  • Desirable but not essential: 2391 Test and Inspection
