We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Cavendish Maine.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our business relationship with an established network of stockists, utilizing their consultative sales skills to drive commercial growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Autonomously manage your time to achieve maximum commercial impact
- Negotiate and agree annual joint business plans with all dealers
- Implement company sales strategies within your region
- Achieve sales turnover and margin objectives
- Previous experience of field sales and account management
- Experience of seasonal selling, power tools or outdoor/garden products is an advantage
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- An intuitive people-person with high emotional intelligence
- Commercially astute, numerate with appreciation for pricing, costs and profitability
Cavendish Maine is a leading international manufacturer of innovative outdoor power tools that operates at the cutting edge of technology to improve the productivity, safety and comfort of users.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this role is £42,000 - £62,400 (including up to 40% bonus) + company car, fuel card, company credit card, 25 days holiday, life assurance, healthcare and attractive pension plan.
