Your Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sous Chef. Reporting to the head chef, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across our menu offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes in collaboration with the head chef.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to health and safety protocols and a culture of excellence in the kitchen.
