* Work closely with the factory team, assisting in builds and improving product knowledge.
* Enhance existing robotic programmes to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency.
* Provide detailed reports on programme performance, highlighting areas for continuous improvement.
* Lead Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives to streamline operations.

Requirements:

* Engineering qualification or related discipline (degree or equivalent).
* 1+ year of experience in robotic programming.
* Expertise in robotic welding systems is a strong advantage.
* A passion for innovation and manufacturing, with a keen interest in advancing robotics.
