Event Assistant Job Description

This is a temporary casual and part-time Event Assistant role for a popular music event hosted across the UK. The role is specifically for the event in Blackpool, but we also cover other areas if you're willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute direction from the event manager
  • Set up and pack up the event
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Uphold and enforce safety protocols
  • Manage the flow of guests in and out of the building
  • Validate tickets and show customers to their seats
  • Welcoming customers on arrival and thanking them on departure
  • Help the event manager with tasks and delegate duties as needed
  • Candle maintenance
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
