Mealtime Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Mealtime Assistant at Bratton Fleming Primary School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Maintain high expectations of children's behavior and establish consistent boundaries
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Utilize initiative and creativity in daily tasks
Working Arrangements:
The successful candidate will work 4.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, with a specific schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Friday lunchtimes.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
