About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Experience Lead to oversee and run some of our key clients' campaigns. As a seasoned professional in experiential events, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences that drive business success.

Job Description
  • Client Services:
  1. Build strong relationships with our clients and ensure their needs are met.
  2. Develop and implement campaign strategies from pitch to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
Business Development:
  1. Identify new business opportunities for our brand experience team and develop targeted outreach strategies.
  2. Research and prepare proposal documents to secure new business.
Team Management:
  1. Lead a team of creative, production, and activation professionals to deliver successful campaigns.
  2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Mentor senior team members and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Finance:
  1. Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  2. Prepare annual financial plans and forecasts for clients and agency planning.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of marketing or agency experience, with a proven track record in experiential marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and financial acumen.
  • In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns and activities.

  • A competitive salary commensurate with your experience: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
