About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their Godstone office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad residential conveyancing caseload, including client liaison, transaction management, document preparation, compliance and risk management, stakeholder communication, and case management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Provide excellent client service and communication
  • Prepare and review legal documents
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of post-qualification experience as a Residential Property Solicitor
  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedures
