Job Title: Assistant Head of Education

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Assistant Head of Education to join our Senior Leadership Team in Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing education charity and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education programs for young people with special educational needs.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage a team of education professionals to deliver high-quality education programs.
  • Model best practice and creative approaches to education delivery.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement education strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of education policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Outstanding teaching and leadership skills.
  • Experience of working with young people with special educational needs.
  • Robust knowledge and experience of teaching, assessing, and working with young people with special educational needs.
  • Ability to model best practice and creative approaches to education delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
