Homeless Service Support Specialist

In this dynamic role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for clients entering our service, ensuring a warm welcome and setting the tone for a positive experience.
Offer supportive guidance to clients, actively listening to their concerns and helping them navigate challenges.
Manage client and visitor safety, responding promptly to incidents and escalating issues as necessary.
Utilize CCTV footage to monitor our service area, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
Conduct regular visual checks and fire checks on our buildings and car park, documenting any defects and reporting them to relevant personnel.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions during shift changes, maintaining continuity of care and support.
Adhere to rigorous Health and Safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of clients and staff alike.
Develop strong relationships with colleagues, fostering a supportive team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, attending scheduled training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
