About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, developing project plans, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver complex real estate projects, including those related to urban regeneration and development.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
- Proven experience in managing large-scale real estate projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
