Learning Support Assistant for Special Needs Children with a Creative Twist

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in a SEND school environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and a strong passion for creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement tailored support plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN, promoting their academic, social, and emotional well-being.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Use creative strategies to engage students and promote their participation in class activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience working with children with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the changing needs of students and staff.
Salary and Benefits:
Estimated salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
