Cover Supervisor Position

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated cover supervisors to join our team at TeacherActive. With a significant increase in demand for professional cover staff in the Cannock area, we are looking to recruit immediately for individuals to start after the summer break.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, good classroom management abilities, and a passion for teaching. Previous experience within an educational environment is essential, with a minimum of six months' experience required.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of assignments, from long-term full-time positions to flexible day-to-day cover. You will be able to choose from a variety of timetables that suit your needs and preferences.

About this Position
  • Deliver high-quality cover lessons, ensuring minimal disruption to students' learning.
  • Maintain order and discipline within the classroom.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with teachers, support staff, and students.
  • Assist with the supervision of students during breaks and extra-curricular activities.
