We are seeking a skilled and passionate Arborist to join our Parks Services Arboricultural Management Team in Cardiff, the Capital of Wales. This role is suitable for post-sharing and we welcome applications in both English and Welsh.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out tree maintenance operations, including planting, pruning, and felling.
  • Participate in an emergency call-out service, with a standby allowance available after completing the probationary period.
Key Requirements
  • Hold relevant N.P.T.C. qualifications: 201, 202, 206, 304, 306, and 308.
  • Possess a full valid driving licence and consider having a C & E vehicle driving licence and Chapter 8 certification.
  • Demonstrate expertise in MEWP operation, stump grinding, and first aid procedures.
