Private Client Solicitor Job Description

About the Role:

eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our client's Tier 1 Private Client team in Hertfordshire. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will work with high net worth individuals and families, handling complex estate and tax planning matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on estate and tax planning, will drafting, and trusts to high net worth individuals and families.
  • Work with a team of expert Private Client Solicitors to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their complex needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in Private Client law.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Private Client team, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' PQE in Private Client law, gained with a leading law firm.
  • Exceptional technical expertise in estate and tax planning, will drafting, and trusts.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of generating new business and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • STEP membership and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
