We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Wealth Operations department, you will be responsible for managing a team of Paraplanners, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.

• Manage and develop a team of Paraplanners, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deadlines.
• Track and monitor Paraplanners' competency and training needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs to address these gaps.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with direct reports, providing feedback and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
• Perform end-of-year remuneration reviews, ensuring fairness and equity in compensation.
• Develop and maintain management information, providing insights to inform business decisions.
• Act as a role model, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.

• Strong technical knowledge of financial products and services.
• At least 5 years of experience in Paraplanning, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Completed or nearing completion of a Level 6 Advanced Diploma in regulated Financial Planning.
• Proficiency in IT systems, including Curo, FE Analytics, and Voyant.
