Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our sales team in the beauty industry. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
- Provide commercial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with the in-house recruitment team to recruit and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement joint business plans with clients to drive results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
