Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our sales team in the beauty industry. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
  • Provide commercial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with the in-house recruitment team to recruit and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement joint business plans with clients to drive results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
