Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team at SRG. This role will focus on the design, development, and deployment of automated systems and robotic platforms.

The Role
  • Design and develop precision fluid handling systems at microlitre level.
  • Lead the development and deployment of mechatronic projects.
  • Ensure design for manufacturing and design for maintenance best practices are applied.
  • Collaborate with the Hardware Systems Architect to ensure consistent engineering practices and technologies are applied across all products.
  • Improve company efficiency and maximize value created by existing and future technology products.

The Ideal Candidate
  • BEng Hons or equivalent in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Over 6 years of experience in design, development, testing, and launch of hardware and mechatronics solutions.
  • Expertise in precision fluid handling system design at microlitre level.
