About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading restaurant in Central London, is looking for an experienced General Manager to take charge of their prestigious venue. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food quality, service standards, and staff performance.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, profit margins, and customer loyalty.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • A proven track record in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or premium casual dining environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding guest expectations.

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
