Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and motivate your team to achieve challenging operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the team on health and safety, ensuring good working practices and maintaining compliance with all operational processes while keeping your team safe.
  • Actively manage available resources, utilizing staff where possible to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse, delivering shift briefs, and preparing handovers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements for Success:

  • Proven experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation, preferably in the FMCG, automation, and multi-channel sectors.
  • Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems and current health and safety legislation.
