We are seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Workdry Group. As a key member of our Internal Recruitment team, you will play a vital role in driving our recruitment strategy and contributing to the growth of our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact to post-hire support. You will work closely with our Hiring Managers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions to attract top talent.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely delivery and excellent candidate experiences.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to create compelling job descriptions and adverts that showcase our company culture and values.
  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance Hiring Manager skills and competencies.
  • Advocating for Competency-Based interview techniques to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Nurturing relationships with potential candidates through targeted networking efforts.
  • Contributing to the development and optimization of our ATS system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of recruitment best practices and procedures, with a focus on internal recruitment / HR departments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills, including experience with diary management.
  • Proficiency in using databases and IT systems, with a focus on recruitment software.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • The ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership and initiative in resolving issues.
