Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Lead to join our team at IPS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing our operational resilience program, ensuring the continuity of our business operations and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational resilience strategies and plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of operational resilience reports, dashboards, and other analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess operational risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, risk and compliance teams, and external partners.
  • Develop and implement controls and governance frameworks to ensure operational resilience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on operational resilience matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational resilience, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with operational resilience frameworks, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 22301 and NIST.
