Environmental Arborist

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Arborist to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects with our arboriculture, ecology, and landscape teams.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company has seen significant growth and is committed to providing a supportive and stimulating work environment that encourages career growth and development.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can deliver high-quality reports within tight time-frames to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of undertaking tree surveys in accordance with BS5837 and be familiar with CAD and digital survey hardware.

1. Supporting the design and build of infrastructure projects (including highways, water, and energy sectors) while liaising with other environmental consultants in various sectors.
2. Undertaking BS5837 tree surveys.
3. Producing arboriculture impact assessments, hedgerow surveys, and coordinating TPO applications.

The successful candidate will have a degree of minimum Level 3 Arboriculture qualification and excellent communication skills. We offer a strong career progression and culture of learning and development, as well as a generous holiday allowance.

• Experience delivering arboriculture reports within tight time-frames to meet client requirements.
