We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team in Glasgow. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-value, independent, trusted advice to our clients, helping them to understand, capture, and improve the financial and non-financial performance of their real estate portfolios.
About the Role
The successful applicant will have experience in planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects and programmes, with a strong understanding of the business case development stages from Project Initiation to Full Business Case. You will also have supported the development of healthcare estate strategies and authored business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, independent advice to clients on real estate performance improvement.
- Develop and implement real estate strategies that align with business goals and organisational objectives.
- Work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Author business cases and support the development of healthcare estate strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-value, independent advice to clients.
Requirements
- Relevant real estate industry qualification or experience.
- Experience in a client-side and consultancy environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Financial literacy and commercial understanding.
- Ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives.
- Programme management, project management, capital projects, and contract management skills.
- Competence in handling data sets and analysing/presenting data to evidence proposed solutions.
