Job Summary

The Activities Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability.

You will also spend time getting to know our residents and their families before creating tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

This is an extremely rewarding role that requires you to be warm, empathetic and personable.

As an Activities Coordinator, your organisational skills and driven mindset mean you always get things done and make things happen.

Meanwhile, your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community.

Salary and Benefits

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need to possess excellent planning and people skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn't essential especially because we'll make sure you have the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career with us.
