Due to growth, they are looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Financial Adviser to join their experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to develop their career in financial planning, working alongside the Director and managing an existing book of business. The successful candidate will assist the Director with client meetings, including preparation of financial reports and documentation. They will also conduct research on financial products and solutions to meet client needs, develop a solid understanding of financial planning, products, and markets, and have proven experience working in a Paraplanning or Client Support role for a financial planning firm. The ideal candidate will hold the CII Level 4 Diploma Regulated Financial Planning or be close to completing it, have knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and retirement planning, and possess excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner. The firm offers mentorship from an experienced Adviser to help the candidate grow their knowledge and skills, as well as a competitive salary package and a hybrid role.
