Business Development Opportunity: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven National Sales Manager Roofing & Building Products to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote distributed pitched roofing solutions to national clients
  • Manage a team of 3 ASMs and 1 internal sales person
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Field sales experience in the building products/roofing sector
  • People management experience (ideally with a team)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, plus a 25% bonus structure. Additionally, you will receive a company car, private medical healthcare, life insurance, and 24 days holiday per year.
