About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team at Kier Group. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project teams by efficiently and accurately managing all project documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Manage documentation in line with clients' and Kier's document and drawing processes.
  • Communication: Communicate with project teams to ensure all documents are scanned, stored, and distributed in the correct project folders.
  • Subcontract Documentation: Responsible for the management and distribution of subcontract documentation.
  • Document Register: Update and maintain the Document Register, including the maintenance of all hyper-linked documentation.
  • Reporting: Produce reports on overdue documentation.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused with excellent customer service skills.
  • Project Experience: Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data.
