Role Overview:


As a Primary Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional education to students. Your duties will encompass planning and executing engaging lessons, evaluating student progress, and nurturing a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, prepare, and deliver well-organized and innovative lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school guidelines.
2. Assess and track student progress, offering constructive feedback to facilitate their academic and personal development.
3. Create a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student engagement and a love for learning.
4. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success.

Requirements:

2. A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a UK Primary School.
3. Enhanced DBS on Update Service (desirable).
4. Strong comprehension of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
5. A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching, committed to inspiring and motivating students.
6. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
