About the Role

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Acute Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our ED/UTC team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining flow across planned and emergency care pathways.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating patient flow through the Urgent Treatment Centre, Emergency Department, and CDU movement
  • Maintaining links with all divisions to promote efficient working relationships
  • Preparing reports and providing updates on performance

Requirements:

  • Educated to A-level/NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Previous NHS experience
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills
