About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hf Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live their best lives.

What You Will Do
- Provide physical and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Support individuals to engage in leisure, home, or work-related activities, according to their personal choice.
- Help with household tasks and personal care, as well as supporting individuals with healthcare needs, taking medication.
- Enable individuals to have choices about their own lives and provide flexible services that meet their needs.

Requirements
- A full UK driving licence is preferred for this role
- Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep in nights, weekends and bank holidays
