About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Science Technician. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our pupils and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to our pupils, helping them to succeed in their academic and personal goals.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and resources.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

  • A Levels or NVQ3 in Laboratory and Associated Technical Activities (LATA) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and COSHH regulations.
  • Excellent ICT skills and the ability to use technology to support learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and other support staff.
