We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team at BSI. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple, complex projects from cradle to grave. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders, external clients, contracting teams, and suppliers to deliver projects within specified budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage turn-key projects from cradle to grave
  • Work with Lab Subject Matter Experts, calibration, maintenance, safety, and design teams to understand project requirements
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure validation of all requirements is obtained during the build cycle and prior to handover
  • Manage contractors/service providers and communicate progress to the internal client
  • Provide weekly reporting to the Programme Manager on all activities capturing key metrics throughout all stages
Requirements
  • High level of technical/engineering experience
  • Proven background in the implementation and delivery of multiple, complex projects
  • Qualification to at least HNC/HND (or similar) standard within a technical/engineering discipline
  • Completion of a formal project management qualification/certification
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Ability to evaluate and control cost and make sound financial recommendations
