As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in helping drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the CMO, Product Marketing Director, Marketing Manager and Event Executive helping to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and projects across Pexa's UK brands.
  • Managing logistics for marketing activities;
  • Assisting with tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, maintaining up-to-date records and reports for internal review and optimisation.
  • Managing and maintaining the organisation of marketing assets; including digital filing of marketing materials, collateral, and content to ensure easy access and version control.
  • Coordinating the ordering, management, and distribution of branded merchandise for events, client meetings, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Supporting the digital marketing efforts by updating content on websites, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools as directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.
  • Tracking budgets and expenses for marketing projects, ensuring all costs are recorded and communicated to the Marketing Manager.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets and support broader marketing project timelines and objectives.
