Multimedia Artist and Illustrator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Graphic Designer to join our team at Pontoon. As a key member of our creative department, you will lead on adaptation of campaign assets across media channels, using various software and AI programs to visualize innovative creative solutions that meet business goals and performance channel KPIs. Your focus will be on creating high-quality designs that connect with our target audience, while also considering how the creative will work throughout the full path to purchase including the website.

Responsibilities include obtaining input from managers and agencies to ensure designs meet brand standards, expressing ideas accurately, and representing the company or client appropriately. You will work closely with the marketing and content team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload. Additionally, you will update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video, working closely with our external agency to ensure we receive the necessary collateral.

Average Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
