About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at GTS International Ltd. As a Harness Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in building and assembling complex wiring harnesses for various applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and assemble complex cable harnesses to detailed technical specifications.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and build instructions.
  • Perform continuity checks and quality control tests on completed assemblies.
  • Work with various connectors, terminals, and wire types.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine designs and address any issues.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring the finished products meet industry and client standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in harness building, cable assembly, or related fields.
  • Experience in the automotive or motorsport industries is highly desirable, with exposure to high-performance electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and an eye for precision.
  • Experience with soldering, crimping, and use of specialized tooling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
