About the Job

As a Care Homes Strategic Lead at Runwood Care Homes, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to drive excellence throughout our organisation. With a focus on maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and operational efficiency, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to achieve outstanding results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
    • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
    • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, healthcare providers, and local authorities.
  • Care Quality and Compliance:
    • Ensure all care facilities meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
    • Lead initiatives to maintain and improve care standards, oversee safeguarding processes, and conduct audits.
  • Financial and Resource Management:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with organisational goals.
    • Work with home managers to optimise resource allocation and maintain high standards of care.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: £100,000 - £130,000 per annum.
