The role of Multi Drop Delivery Driver is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team. As a driver, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers receive their orders efficiently and effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,429 per annum, with opportunities for KPI bonuses up to £1,600 and productivity bonuses. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • A full 28 days' holiday per annum, inclusive of bank holidays, which increases by a day for each year of service to a maximum of 32 days

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, exceed customer expectations, and reflect our values and principles as an ambassador of Abel & Cole.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills relating to colleagues, customers, and the public
  • Experience in customer service
  • An interest in organics and a proactive attitude towards the care of our environment
