Job Summary:

As a Bus Driver Trainee at Arriva Kent Thameside Limited, you will embark on a comprehensive training program to become a skilled Bus Driver. Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a full-paid training program to obtain a PCV license
  • Learn about bus driving operations, customer service, and safety procedures
  • Work with a mentor to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality transportation services to customers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Hold a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months
  • Pass an English comprehension test and undergo a drug and alcohol test
  • Display excellent people skills and flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
